State : Thüringen
District (Kreis) : Eichsfeld

Wappen von Heuthen/Arms (crest) of Heuthen
Official blazon
German In Blau eine goldene Kirche, der Turm vom oben beseitet von je einem silbernen Eichenblatt.
English blazon wanted

Origin/meaning

The arms were granted on February 17, 1997.

The arms are based on the composition on the old seal of the village. The church shows the local church, devoted to St. Nicholas. The two oak leaves symbolise the geographical situation in the Eichswald region (Eichswald means oak forest).
