SCHAARBEEK - SCHAERBEEK
Province : Stadsgewest Brussel / Région Bruxelles
English | blazon wanted |
Origin/meaning
The arms were never officially granted.
The design shows the Maalbeek river and two cherry blossoms, for the former cherry orchards in the municipality. Previously the council used a letter S with the Maalbeek river as a wavy bend. These arms were adopted in 1949/1950.
