În al doilea cartier, în câmp roșu, se află un copac smuls de aur, încărcat cu cinci mere roșii. În vârful scutului, în câmp albastru, se află un brâu undat de argint, având deasupra un leu de aur văzut din profil spre stânga, cu coadă dublă și ținând în laba stângă o coroană.
