Dark blue and scarlet are the colours traditionally associated with the Adjutant General's Corps. Gold is emblematic fo high achievement and excellence. The Colours red, white and bule and the wing pattern within the annulet recall the 82nd Airborne Division's shoulder sleeve insignia. The sword underscores a strong defence and military preparedness. The Crest's Palm tree symbolises the Units' service in the Defence of Saudi Arabia and Liberation of Kuwait. The Quills symbolises the Unit's mission. The Coat of Arms was approved 16 January 1995.
