Escudo de azul, duas chaves com os palhetões virados para o chefe, a da dextra de ouro e a da sinistra de prata, passadas em aspa, entre dois ouriços de castanheiro de ouro, abertos de vermelho, tudo alinhado em faixa; em chefe e em campanha, duas géminas ondadas de prata. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda em maiúsculas a negro : “ SOUTO – ARCOS DE VALDEVEZ “.
