Arms of Bank of New Zealand

Official blazon

Arms : Azure, within two Chevronels Or, five Bezants, in chief three Mullets chevronwise and one in base Argent.
Crest : On a Wreath of the Colours, standing on a Mount of Earth with Ferns proper growing thereon, a Kiwi Or.

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on July 9, 1954.
