Escudo de prata, com uma ponte de três arcos de vermelho, lavrada de ouro, firmada nos flancos e movente de uma campanha diminuta ondada de azul e prata de três tiras; em chefe, uma aspa de azul entre dois ramos de carvalho de verde, landados de ouro. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda em maiúsculas a negro : “ BARCELINHOS “.
