Escudo de ouro, quatro verguetas de negro, duas alinhadas e postas em faixa, moventes dos bordos do escudo; nos cantões do chefe e em ponta, cacho de uvas de púrpura folhado de verde e, em abismo, coroa aberta, antiga, de vermelho. Coroa mural de prata de quatro torres. Listel branco com a legenda a negro, em maiúsculas : “ S. LOURENÇO DO BAIRRO “.
