- (ro) Pe albastru, două mâini de aur, ieșind în profil din marginea cantonului drept al tălpii scutului, în mișcare gestuală a limbajului non verbal al surzilor, dintre palmele cărora răsare un fir de clopoțel (Campanula), de argint.
