Escudo de prata, leitão de vermelho em espeto de negro, posto em faixa, entre um bacelo de negro, arrancado do mesmo, com os ramos postos em orla, folhado de verde e frutado de púrpura. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro: “ FREGUESIA DE MEALHADA “.
