The above arms were proposed in 1996, I have no idea whether the arms were actually adopted.
The arms combine elements from the arms of the former Lords of Houchin. The cross is derived from the arms of the Montmorency family. The free quarter shows the arms of their predecessors the oldest Lords of Houchin.
