Description: A Silver color metal and enamel device 1 1/8 inches (2.86 cm) in height overall consisting of a shield blazoned: Per fess dancetté of four Argent and Gules in base a bayonet fesswise of the first, a chief tierced per fess of the like, the second and Azure. Attached below the shield is a Silver scroll inscribed "FIRST IN LAST OUT" in Red letters.
