|Shoulder Sleeve Insignia.  Description:  On an embroidered rectangle arched to top and bottom and quartered white and green, a black Panther’s head facing forward snarling, eyes and teeth white, inside of mouth and details smoke within a black border.  Attached above, an arched green scroll inscribed “DELTA” in black letters.  Attached below, an arched green scroll inscribed “PANTHERS” in black letters.  The overall dimensions are 3 1/2 inches (8.89 cm) in height by 2 5/8 inches (6.67 cm) in width, all within a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) black border.

The Shoulder Sleeve Insignia and Shoulder Loop Insignia was both approved 13 October 2005.
