Escudo de vermelho, pano de muralha de ouro, realçado de negro e firmado nos flancos, acompanhado em chefe por uma grelha de prata e, em campanha, por pandeireta do mesmo, com guizos de ouro. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro: “ SANDE – S. LOURENÇO - GUIMARÃES “.
