Durch eine eingeschweifte rote Spitze, darin ein gestürztes silbernes Deichselkreuz, das in Mauerankern endete, gespalten von Schwarz und Gold; vorne ein silberner Balken, darüber rechts ein sechsstrahliger silberner Stern, hinten ein steigender, Feuer speiender grüner Drache.
