De sinople à la houlette au naturel posée en bande, accompagnée en chef d'un berger aussi au naturel tenant dans sa main dextre une houlette du même et dans sa main senestre un agneau d'argent, et en pointe d'un mouton du même; à la filière d'or; le tout enfermé dans une bordure de gueules chargée en chef de l’inscription «HOULETTE» en lettres capitales de sable.
