Escudo cuadrilongo con el centro inferior en punta. Consta de cuatro cuarteles: 1. el de la villa de Agreda, con una cepa o vid con tres racimos, en campo de plata; 2. el de Almazán, que ostenta una higuera y unas pamelas sobre campo de plata; 3. el de Osma, que ostenta un castillo fortaleza sobre campo de gules; 4. escudo de Medinaceli, que muestra a un hombre sobre corcel blanco a la diestra de un castillo, con lanza en mano derecha apuntando a un sol de oro, sobre campo de azur. En el centro, sobre el todo y en óvalo, se halla el de Soria con la leyenda en su torno "Soria pura, cabeza de estremadura": un castillo de plata de tres atalayas, sin puente, sobre campo de gules, y en la de homenaje el busto del Rey Alfonso VIII. Bordadura de plata claveteada y, al timbre, corona real cerrada forrada de gules.
