Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on ??-??-????.
The arms show the famous church bell of Klein Himstedt, which was cast in 1511 by the bell-maker Harmen Koster from Hildesheim. The small sign on the bell is his trademark. As being mearly 500 years old the bell was chosen as the symbol for the village.
