Origin/meaning
The arms were officially adopted on October 8, 2014.
The cross is taken from the arms of Bishop de Dommartin, 76th bishop of Verdun (1499-1508) to which were added: atower representing the Butgnéville Moute fortress, the horn for Saint Hubert, the heart for the resident nuns and the mill iron for the old water mill in the village.
