Escudo de azul, armação de moinho vestida e cordoada de prata, realçada de negro, acompanhada em chefe de dois cachos de uvas de ouro folhados do mesmo e em ponta, de quatro espigas de trigo, postas duas a duas, atadas nos pés, tudo de ouro. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro em maiúsculas : “ SANTANA DA CARNOTA “.
