Parti: d'azur et d'or à deux clefs aux anneaux ronds, renversées et adossées, accompagnées en pointe d'une roue de moulin à quatre rais en sautoir, mouvant d'une burelle ondée, le tout de l'un en l'autre.

Origin/meaning

The arms were adopted on February 3, 2005.

The division represents the two villages that make up the town, each represented as a key. The wavy bar recalls the Gourgeonne that crosses both villages, with a mill wheel, as historically the mill was situated halfway between Tincey and Pontrebeau.
