Escudo de prata, com cinco faixas ondadas de azul. Bordadura de negro, carregada com oito pinhas de ouro realçadas de negro. Coroa mural de prata de quatro torres. Listel branco com os dizeres de negro : " VILA DE MORTÁGUA ".
