TÄFERROT
State : Baden-Württemberg
Origin/meaningThe arms were officially granted on May 9, 1957. The arms show St. Afra, who was burned at the stake. St. Afra is the patron saint of the town, which was named Afrenrot after 1298 to distinguish the original name Rot from other towns with similar names. Later the name was gradually changed to Täferrot. The lower part of the arms show the two rivers Rot and Lein, which are joined in the municipality. Contact and SupportPartners: Your logo here ?
