Origin/meaning
The arms were adopted on February 3, 2005.
The division represents the two villages that make up the town, each represented as a key. The wavy bar recalls the Gourgeonne that crosses both villages, with a mill wheel, as historically the mill was situated halfway between Tincey and Pontrebeau.
