Escudo de azul, um monte de três cômoros de ouro e em contra-chefe uma ponte de um arco de vermelho, movente dos flancos e nascente de um pé de água de cinco faixetas ondadas de prata e azul; em chefe à dextra um capacete de metalúrgico de prata, aberto do fundo e à sinistra uma armação de moinho de negro vestida e coroada de prata. Coroa mural de prata de quatro torres. Listel branco com a legenda a negro, em maiúsculas : " RAMADA ".
Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on July 20, 2002.
The arms show a industrial mask, symbolising the metal industries in the parish. The windmill blades refer to the former mills in the parish. The base shows the bridge over the Caneças river. The background shows the Serra da Amoreira mountains.
Until 2000 the parish was part of Loures, so the old arms are shown below, granted February 12, 1994.
