Spanish Escudo partido, en el primer cuartel: sobre fondo de oro, las armas de Cárdenas, dos lobos cárdenos (pasantes de púrpura); bordura de gules cargada de ocho letras “S” mayúsculas intercaladas con ocho veneras todas ellas de plata. Segundo cuartel: en campo de sinople, una torre de oro con su campana del mismo metal, mazonada de sable y aclarada de azul que descansa en un basamento moviente de la punta, del mismo metal e idéntico mazonado. Timbrado de corona real cerrada.
