Origin/meaning
The Blue Field symbolises the Sky where the Enemy Aircraft Operates. These are indicated by the Eagle. The Gauntlet holdign the Eagle symbolise the Group intercepting Enemy Aircraft. The Coat of Arms was approved on 29 August 2003.
