Portuguese | Escudo de verde, duas armações de moinho de negro, vestida e cordoadas de prata, entre uma rosa heráldica de ouro, apontada do mesmo e botoada de azul, em chefe e um cacho de uvas de púrpura, folhado de ouro, em ponta. Coroa mural de prata de quatro torres. Listel branco com a legenda a negro, em maiúsculas : “ MOITA DOS FERREIROS “.
Origin/meaningThe arms were officially granted on January 12, 2000. The arms show two windmill blades for the formerly very important windmills in the area.
