Origin/meaning
These arms have been officially granted on 5th April 1995.
The floury mount standing over the rocks is a canting sign: Pujalt is a variation of "puig alt", Catalan for "high hill". The saltire Argent on Azure is the attribute of St. Andrew, the local patron saint.
