Escudo de Sales de Llierca/Arms of Sales de Llierca
Official blazon
Catalan Escut caironat: d'or, un vol abaixat de gules. Per timbre una corona de baró.

Origin/meaning

Canting arms: they show traditionally two "ales" (Catalan for "wings"). The baron's crown at the top of the arms reminds that the village was the centre of a barony since the 13th century. These arms have been officially granted on 9th September 1992.
