Origin/meaning

The arms were officially adopted in December 2020.

The blue base and the car refer to the Beuchot lake in the municipality. The oak tree refers to a very old oak in the village. The tools refer to the local traditional activity of wire making. The two Royal French fleur-de-lys refer to the Treaty of Nijmegen from 1678, where it was decided that the Franche-Comté region, where the village is situated, became French.
