V zeleném štítě pod stříbrnou cimbuřovou hlavou se čtyřmi stínkami stříbrná kaple s dveřmi a čtvercovým okénkem nad nimi, obojí černé, s červenou seříznutou stanovou střechou zakončenou stříbrnou lucernou se zavěšeným zlatým zvonem a červenou stanovou střechou se zlatým křížkem. Střecha kaple je podložena zkříženými stříbrnými hornickými motykami na zlatých násadách.
