Origin/meaning
The arms were proposed in 1956. I have no idea whether the arms were actually adopted.
The arms are derived from the arms of the 13th and 14th century Lords von Schupbach. The colours were arbitrarily chosen, as no historical colours were known. The village never used its own seals.
