Escudo de vermelho, uma torre quadrangular arruinada, de prata, com porta e janelas rectangulares, aberta e lavrada de negro, acompanhada em chefe de um grifo (não heráldico – gyps fulvus) de sua cor; em ponta, três faixetas ondadas de prata e azul. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco com a legenda de negro, em maiúsculas : “ ALMOFALA – FIGUEIRA DE CASTELO RODRIGO “.
