Escudo de verde, com uma torre quadrada de prata, aberta, frestada e lavrada de negro, entre um cacho de uvas de ouro, folhado de prata, à dextra e uma roda de azenha de ouro, realçada de negro, à sinistra; em chefe, uma palma de ouro e uma espada de prata passadas em aspa. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro, em maiúsculas : “ S. JULIÃO - VALENÇA “.
