TIEFENBACH BEI KAINDORF

State : Steiermark
District : Hartberg

Tiefenbach.jpg

Origin/meaning

The arms were granted on March 5, 1990.

The arms are those of the Teufenbach family, who owned lands in the municipality, augmented by a vine and a Clematis. This is to show that the valley (Tiefenbach means "deep brook") lies between woods and vineyards.
