Troncato da una fascia abbassata scaccata di rosso e d'argento; il primo partito di rosso e d'azzurro: a) trinciato da una spina di botte d'oro ed ad una scaletta dello stesso poste in palo; b) ad un leone passante d'oro. Il secondo alla figura di Sant'Olcese vescovo in campo di cielo, accostato da un orso bruno fermo; nel fianco destro, una torre di pietra merlata alla guelfa, chiusa e finestrata di due, fondata su un colle al naturale; nel fianco sinistro, un albero pure al naturale inclinato su un mulino con il tetto di rosso. Ornamenti esteriori da Comune.
