Skaldīts ar zilu un zeltu; uz skaldījuma pāļa virzienā trīs melni vairodziņi (melnā laukā zelta pakavs ar galiem uz augšu).
Origin/meaning
The arms were granted in 2011.
The horsehoes are taken from the historical arms of Abrene town, as until 1940 the area was part of Abrene. Blue is the colour of Latgale and the many lakes, gold the colour of wealth.
