  • (se) I blått fält en gyllene kärve, på ömse sidor atföljd av en mot kärven böjd silver fisk med röd beväring.
  • (fi) sinisessä kentässä kultalyhde, molemmin puolin sitä kohti kaartuva hopeinen, punavaruksinen kala.

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on April 16, 1952.

The arms show a garb and two fisk, symbolising the two main activities on the island, agriculture and fisheries.
