Escudo español partido: 1.º, en campo de azur, el anagrama de la Virgen María en plata, surmontado de una corona de doce estrellas de cinco puntas del mismo metal; 2.º, de azur, una columna con capitel surmontada de dos estrellas de cinco puntas, todo en plata. Bordura de gules con las siguientes inscripciones en oro: En la parte superior «año 1557 – 11 febrero 1854»; en la diestra, «sine labe concepta» y, en la siniestra, «talis est magnus basilius». Al timbre, corona real cerrada.
