Un scut triunghiular albastru cu marginile rotunjite, tăiat de brâu undat de argint. În partea superioară se află o ramură de stejar și o ramură de tei, de aur, care se încrucișează în partea de jos, în săritoare. În vârful scutului se află un munte de argint, cu o gură de mină neagră, peste care broșează două ciocane, din același metal. Scutul este timbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu un turn crenelat.
Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on July 25, 2012.
The oak branch signifies the forest richness of the area. The linden branch refers to Teiș, a component village of the commune.
The wavy bar represents the Ialomița river.
The mine with the mouth of the mine refers to the mining that was practiced in the area.
The mural crown with a crenellated tower means that the locality has the rank of commune.
