Геральдический знак – эмблема представляет собой треугольный, вытянутый книзу щит с серебристой каймой, надглавной фигурой и девизной лентой. В краповом поле щита эмблемы помещена раскрытая краповая книга с серебристым контуром, внутри которой серебристый ключ, поставленный вертикально, бородкой вниз, и – за ним – серебристый меч рукоятью вверх, скрещенный по диагонали с серебристой секирой, в нижней части щита – серебристая, мурованная красным стена с четырьмя мерлонами. В качестве надглавной фигуры используется геральдический знак – эмблема войск национальной гвардии Российской Федерации серебристого цвета. В качестве девизной ленты используется краповая лента с надписью серебристыми буквами: «ВСЕГДА НА СТРАЖЕ»
