History: Constituted as 18 Supply Squadron, Fighter, Single Engine, on 10 Aug 1948. Activated on 14 Aug 1948. Redesignated as: 18 Supply Squadron, Fighter, Jet, on 23 Dec 1949; 18 Supply Squadron on 20 Jan 1950. Inactivated on 1 Oct 1957. Activated on 4 Dec 1963. Organized on 8 Jan 1964. Discontinued, and inactivated, on 1 Apr 1968. Activated on 30 Sep 1974. Redesignated as 18 Logistics Readiness Squadron on 19 Aug 2002.
