313TH FLIGHT TEST FLIGHT, US AIR FORCE

History: Designated 2873 Test Squadron, and activated, on 15 Jan 1988. Redesignated: 313 Test Squadron on 1 Oct 1992; 313 Flight Test Squadron on 1 Apr 1994. Inactivated on 29 May 1998. Redesignated 313 Flight Test Flight on 24 Sep 2001. Activated in the Reserve on 1 Oct 2001. Test-flew and certified the air worthiness of T-38 and C-5 aircraft following programmed depot maintenance, 1988-1998.
