History: Constituted as 374 Base Headquarters and Air Base Squadron on 13 Jun 1942. Activated on 15 Jun 1942. Disbanded on 30 Apr 1944. Reconstituted, redesignated 374 Mission Support Squadron, and activated, on 1 Apr 1992. Redesignated 374 Force Support Squadron on 21 Apr 2008.
