Origin/meaning

Blue and Red is the colours of the Adjutant General's Corps. The Torch denotes leadership and knowledge. The Oak wreath symbolises strength and merit. The Dragon symbolises participation in the Korean War, the heraldic fountain symbolises service in Europe-Africa and the Middle East during World War II. The Ring stands for Excellence and Continuity.

Approved on 22 September 1988.
