On 1 October 1993 the insignia was redesignated for the 75th Division (Exercise). On 17 October 1999 the Shoulder Sleeve Insignia was redesignated for the 75th Division (Training Support). The Distinctive Unit Insignia was originally approved for the 75th Maneuver Area Command on 9 July 1970.
