The Coat of Arms was reinstated and redesignated for the 94 Support Battalion on 7 October 2004. It was amended to include a Crest on 19 April 2006. The Distinctive Unit Insignia. was originally approved for th 94th Quartermaster Battalionon 19 October 1962. It was redesignated for the 94th Supply and Service Battalion on 23 August 1966.
