Origin/meaning
The arms were granted on May 11, 2011.
The cross as shown is the symbol of a master blacksmith and refers to the traditional crafts in the village. It also refers to the old name Old White Church (Alba Ecclesia) of the village.
The spearhead refers to the historical battles fought in the region. The urn refers to the important archaeological site in the area.
