Escudo de azul, roda de azenha de prata movente de duas géminas ondadas do mesmo, em campanha; em chefe, grelha de ouro, disposta em faixa. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro: “ ALVELOS - BARCELOS “.
